Executive Chef needed for multi million $ sustainable, organic dining venue with full bar opening in Berkeley in early spring 2009. The ideal candidate for this cutting edge space (with high profile owners) will have at least 10 years industry training and/or history; showing steady progress from sous to head chef position with 100+ venue seating experience. Seasonal approach to menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner; catering experience; ability to maintain costs without sacrificing quality; and familiarity with local vendors and organic producers are a given.
