Executive Chef needed for multi million $ sustainable, organic dining venue with full bar opening in Berkeley in early 2009. The ideal candidate for this cutting edge space at the new David Brower Environmental Center will have solid background managing a 100 seat venue for breakfast, lunch, dinner with strong daytime “to go” and catering clientele.
Our goal is affordable, 100% organic food expressive of a commitment to simple, seasonal cuisine. Familiarity with local, organic producers a given; pizza experience a plus.
