Known for his Dux dinners, chef Eddie Lau is starting 2013 with some new projects, ranging from events to workshops but first, an art show at ~18 REASONS~. “Beneath the Sheaths” was concepted by Lau, featuring images of chef’s tools (from Melissa Perello’s knives to Bill Corbett’s whisk to Ryan Farr’s cleaver) photographed by Meigan Canfield and Ellis Au. The reception is Friday February 1st, from 5pm-8pm. The show will be up through March 30th, be sure to check it out.
