Chef Elizabeth Falkner is teaching a series of classes Saturdays 3pm-6pm in the private dining room at ~ORSON~. On July 30th, learn why air is important in desserts like mousses, marshmallows, and soufflés. On August 13th, focus on doughs and dumplings and how to get the right texture for flaky pastry, biscuits, and meatballs. On August 20th, it’s an Ice Cream Social with several types of sweet and savory ice creams. Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served at all classes, in addition to what’s made in class. $100 per person per class.
