When I was first breaking into food writing, Dianne Jacob’s book, Will Write for Food: The Complete Guide to Writing Cookbooks, Blogs, Reviews, Memoir, and More, was an informative intro. The newest edition focuses on food blogging and photography, social media, self-publishing, and freelance writing.
