The newly revamped ~BAR ADAGIO~ near Union Square is starting a Cocktail College program on the second Thursday of each month from 6pm-8pm—the first one will be September 9th. Each month will feature a premium spirit (September is vodka and October is pisco), with the opportunity to meet bartenders and brand ambassadors as they walk you through making quality cocktails. You will also learn to make bitters, infusions, edible garnishes, and more. And here’s the best part: there’s no tuition to pay! Plus, Bar Adagio’s executive chef Hugo Campos has a new menu of bites, cheeses, fresh salads, pizzettas, and other bar-friendly munchies.
