In the good news department, not only was the LONE STAR SALOON the first gay bar to be granted Legacy Business status by the city, now it’s being safely sold to two longtime Lone Star bartenders with a long-term lease (Charlie Evans and Bruce Jennison), which means its future is a bit more solid and going into the right hands.
