Next Tuesday June 11th, ~QUINCE~ is hosting a special dinner with winemaker Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon of the House of Champagne Louis Roederer. The menu includes caviar, of course, paired the brut rosé (2008), and the pairing of poularde and sweetbreads with Cristal (2005) is sure to be gorgeous.
