Pairing Wine and Vietnamese Food (at 18 Reasons)

On Friday October 15th, 18 Reasons is hosting a cool event, ~UNEXPECTED PAIRINGS: WINE AND VIETNAMESE FOOD—A DINNER~ with Trac Le and Linh Phu—it’s the first of an occasional dinner series featuring wine and Asian food. During this multi-course meal, you will learn and taste how to pair wine with the traditional flavors of Vietnamese cuisine: think cilantro, fish sauce, chiles, rice vinegar, mint, and basil.
