Starting Friday November 2nd, you can visit urban winery ROCK WALL WINE COMPANY in Alameda, and now you can chow down on some food by gourmet food truck/”bustaurant” le truc, which is taking over the on-site chef’s kitchen. We’re not just talking a cheese plate—there’s a full menu available to guests in the tasting room and on the deck, which has great views, five days a week. Sample items include a turkey meatball sandwich (robust enough to pair nicely with Rock Wall’s 2010 Monte Rosso zinfandel), along with pulled pork butt tacos with Thai curry. Dishes will range from $4-$15, with Rock Wall wines by the glass ranging from $8-$12.
