March 1st-3rd, ~NOMBE~ is hosting a beer and sake tasting each evening with Japan’s most acclaimed craft beer maker, Kiuchi Brewery. The owner of the Kiuchi Brewery (and Hitachino), Mikio Kiuchi, will be at present on March 1st only to pour complementary welcome sake—so make resos now. Chef Noriyuki Sugie will be offering a dinner of four courses (small plates): Pacific saury and foie gras terrine, sun-dried sweet potato; mackerel brandade, pickled shishito pepper; rice-crusted swordfish, caramelized pork belly; spicy octopus and tripe, long beans; plus ramen made with hand-crafted miso, awazuke beef cheek.
