Looking for a way to give back? CHEFS (Conquering Homelessness through Employment in Food Services) is currently looking for chefs, sponsors, and donors to participate in its ninth annual SummerTini bash on Friday June 7th at the Bently Reserve.
CHEFS, a program of Episcopal Community Services (ECS), is an innovative vocational training program that provides culinary training and employment placement for very low-income and homeless adults. This amazing program is designed to help the homeless get back on their feet and permanently change their lives for the better. Nearly 75 percent of CHEFS graduates acquire a place to live and a better life through employment! For more information about this fantastic program, check out ECS-SF.org.
