(Matchmaker): Hotel Valencia Santana Row Is Looking for a Chef de Cuisine


The chef de cuisine is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the kitchen and food production for all outlets, ensuring operating costs are minimized. You will also be responsible for the execution of all Hotel Valencia and company policies/procedures, ensuring that all services provided achieve the established standards, within the agreed budgetary controls. You will be expected to advise the Director of Food and Beverage on all matters relating to the kitchen area.
