Le Marais Bistro is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking general managers, assistant managers, line and prep cooks, and FOH staff. We have recently expanded our space, and our bistro will open for nightly service by late July.
Ideal candidates will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, be well organized, and share the same passion for working with quality, local produce and ingredients as our exceptionally talented team. A background in French cuisine, management, or front-of-house services would be advantageous.
