(Matchmaker): Park Tavern Is Searching for a Sous Chef


Park Tavern is a part of the Big Night Restaurant Group, which includes Marlowe, The Cavalier, and Leo’s Oyster Bar. We are a three-star, Top 100, market-driven, modern American bistro. The 160-seat restaurant, which overlooks historic Washington Square Park, features alfresco dining, an open kitchen, and a private dining space. The sous chef will support the executive chef, chef de cuisine, and general manager in executing brunch, lunch, and dinner. The sous chef will lead food production and help to design and implement kitchen systems.
