From March 29th-31st, catch the brand new FOOD AND FARM FILM FEST at the Roxie, in conjunction with Bi-Rite Market. The festival will be showing films that tell stories about our food, where it comes from, and how it is grown. Each of the screenings will include a food pairing, too. A panel of judges, including yours truly, the tablehopper, will screen each of the films and award their favorites Chef’s Choice awards.
Tickets will be available soon, but in the meantime, you can contribute to the festival’s Kicksarter Campaign. Twenty bucks gets you a ticket to any screening, including the food pairing, so it’s actually a pretty great deal. The included films haven’t been announced yet, but keep checking their website for details as they emerge.
