Jesse Kuhn (Marin Roots Farm), Mourad Lahlou (Aziza), and James Syhabout (formerly Manresa, Commis)

The Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA), is proud to announce the first annual ~A MOVEABLE FEAST: TWELVE CHEFS CELEBRATE SIX FARMERS IN A SERIES OF SEASONAL SUPPERS~, in partnership with leading Bay Area chefs and influential local farmers. Dominique Crenn, executive chef of Luce restaurant at the InterContinental San Francisco, came up with the event concept. The series is intended to honor the relationships within the chef community and between chefs and farmers all while bringing attention to CUESA’s mission. A percentage of each ticket cost will benefit CUESA.

The two guest chefs each evening will create a multi-course dinner together, showcasing the featured farmer of the evening. Spring dinners may showcase asparagus, fava beans, and green garlic, while late summer will offer corn, tomatillos, and sunchokes. Wine paired with each course will also be offered.
