I just received a copy of Sur La Table's The Art and Soul of Baking by Cindy Mushet, and was happy to see the accompanying ~BAKING BOOT CAMP CLASSES~ that coincide with the release of the book. The demo classes will run approximately three hours, and you must be 18 or older. It’s time to show your pumpkin pie crust who’s boss.
