One of the most gorg breakfast buffets is coming up: ~CUESA'S ANNUAL SPRING BREAKFAST~ fundraiser, when you can indulge in all that lovely spring produce you see at the market. The buffet-style menu will include: farm-fresh scrambled eggs with fava beans, green garlic, and peas or wild mushrooms; herbed potatoes; blueberry pancakes with lemon ricotta; dandelion green salad with bacon; fresh strawberries, cherries and blueberries with crème fraîche, yogurt, and honey; warm breakfast pastries and bread; artisan cheeses, hand-made jams; and coffee, tea, and juice.
CUESA's Dacor teaching kitchen in the North Arcade will be transformed into the setting for the annual breakfast gathering. A farmers' market seller will be at each table to share stories about her or his business. There are three seatings: 9am, 10am, and 11am.
