Jack Falstaff’s executive chef, Jonnatan Leiva, started a series of ~GROWERS' DINNERS~ in the fall of 2008, and now the ongoing series has expanded to include other chefs who want to recognize the hardworking, visionary farmers and purveyors behind the ingredients.
The monthly Growers' Dinners will feature exceptional offerings from local producers at their seasonal and organic best, and the farmers will be present to mingle with guests. A local guest executive chef will join Leiva at each event, preparing at least one course in the meal. There will also be guest wineries and winemakers.
