Congrats to ~RUBICON~, which is about to celebrate ten straight years of being awarded the highest restaurant wine honor there is: Wine Spectator’s Grand Restaurant Award! A tasting menu is being designed to complement a very special set of wines chosen by Master Sommelier Larry Stone and Wine Director Cezar Cusik. Some highlights include 1978 Rubicon Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 1996 Chateau Rayas Chateauneuf du Pape, and 1995 Comtes Lafon Meursault “Clos de la Barre.” Dinner will be preceded by a Champagne reception.
