Friday is filled with behind-the-scenes Farm & Producer Tours throughout the North Bay. Nosh your way through Cheese, Bites & Booze! on Saturday night—an epic walk-around tasting and friendly competition with cheesemakers, chefs, and cheesemongers paired with beer, wine, cider, and spirits. Saturday, treat yourself to insightful and delicious seminars and pairing sessions with industry experts. Sunday wraps up the weekend with a lively multi-course Bubbles & Brunch and the ever-popular Artisan Cheese Tasting & Marketplace with over 100 cheese, beverage, and artisan vendors! It’s a cheese lover’s DREAM.

This Valentine’s Day, Friday February 14th at 7pm, see what’s possible when emerging technologies and culinary creativity mingle together at Tasting California’s Landscape, an immersive tasting program via a collaboration between chef Chris Rossi and new media artist Jeffery Yip. The experience will include an ocean-driven appetizer, a pasta course inspired by the mountains, game from the Central Coast, and a resplendent kiss of sweetness from the heart of the desert with Jeffrey Yip’s animations projected onto the dishes.
