Lead guitarist ~Kirk Hammett~ of Metallica had dinner at Ozumo San Francisco. He preferred mainly sushi and was reportedly very interested in the origin of each cut. He drank Kubota Manju and also seemed quite knowledgeable about sake. Rock!
