Jerry Harrison (Talking Heads) shared a table with all of the members of The Killers (except for Brandon Flowers) at A16. They reportedly came in super late and only a few of them ate (my spy says "they all have this Jesus look going on right now"). Later that night, The Killers came in to the Redwood Room around midnight with a group of 10 and enjoyed a variety of cocktails. Russell Martin of the Dodgers was seated right next to the Killers, and introduced to them by a staff member. After the intro, the two tables soon became one big party and closed the bar. And… scene.
Hiro Sone (Terra, Ame) met his hero on Friday night at Ame. Eric Clapton came in for dinner and Hiro and Eric exchanged autographs: Hiro gave Eric a signed Terra Cookbook and Eric signed Hiro's guitar. Awww, from one artist to another…
The main star of Entourage, Adrien Grenier, was spotted having lunch at Brix restaurant in Yountville with a group of five friends, including his girlfriend. He ate the Greek salad, quinoa salad, and the Chioggia beets and cherries, as well as other sides. The table shared Frank Family chardonnay. Grenier and a friend also had dinner at NOPA, a pre-concert meal before his performance in The Honey Brothers at the Independent.
And Anjan Mitra of Dosa reported that Citizen Cope had dinner at DOSA before his show at the Fillmore.
