Back in December, I mentioned SOLSTICE LOUNGE was currently in lease negotiations with its landlord. Now, liquor license activity points to a transfer to the gents behind Tonic, Bullitt, Mayhem, and more: Duncan Ley and Benjamin Bleiman, plus a new project partner, Mark DeVito. But it’s all contingent upon the landlord writing a new lease for them, and right now is under discussion.
