After noticing this help wanted ad on Craigslist, I figured out the pastry chef of ~JARDINIÈRE~, Lisa Lu, has departed. (Her departure has been confirmed, although her replacement has not been hired yet.)
Through the grapevine, I learned she is going to work with Thomas McNaughton (flour + water, Central Kitchen)—she is joining the team as the pastry chef for the upcoming CENTRAL KITCHEN.
