Cheryl Burr of PINKIE’S BAKERY has now opened her SoMa location! You can swing by for De La Paz drip coffee and tasty treats like crumb cake and scones. In addition to her delicious line of baked goods, they are also offering sandwiches, like an egg salad or curry chicken salad on a kaiser roll, plus baguette sandwiches, and a vegetarian brioche roll with Gruyère and caramelized onion. Hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm (for now—hours may get tweaked). The new address is 1196 Folsom St. at 8th St., 415-355-1269.
