I know I’m not the only one getting excited for the opening of the upcoming ~KIN KHAO~ from Pim Techamuanvivit (working with chef Michael Gaines). I thought you’d like to know the menu is up on their newly launched website, and the new targeted opening is early February. Curious about what’s going to be on the menu at the upcoming ~CHINO~, coming to the former Andalu space this spring from Joe Hargrave (Tacolicious) and Brandon Jew? Ends up you can try some test dishes (like shrimp wonton soup and nine-spice chicken wings) and dumplings on Saturdays at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market—the Chino crew has taken over the empty space that used to belong to Rose Pistola, and will be serving at the Saturday market until April.
