Get your cocktail on at these boozy dinners. First up is a special five-course dinner with Balcones Whiskey at ~DIXIE~ on Thursday February 21st at 6pm. The menu will feature dishes like Dixie’s freaking delicious chicken-fried quail with king trumpet mushroom, spiced pecans, and bourbon butter, all paired with different Balcones pours. Tickets are $90 per person and are all-inclusive.
For a classic Peruvian pairing, check out the four-course dinner at ~LA MAR CEBICHERIA PERUANA~ with BarSol Pisco on Wednesday March 6th at 6pm.
