Senator Barbara Boxer and her husband had dinner at Picán in Oakland last Friday, and they reportedly kept a low profile. They ate fried green tomatoes, Southern fried chicken, the rib eye, and brisket greens. They skipped the bourbon and opted for Latour chardonnay and a Speakeasy IPA beer instead.
