Your caffeination options just got so extra. First, NATIVE TWINS COFFEE is now open on Divisadero in the former Repose Coffee. Twins Jen and Ashley Rubin will be serving Temple Coffee, along with their gluten-free granola, avocado toast, and pastries from Cibo Sausalito, for those who like their carbs. There’s a little parklet out front. Open Mon-Fri 7am-4pm and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm. 262 Divisadero St. at Haight. [Via Hoodline.]
Not too far away in the Lower Haight, CAFE RÉVEILLE is now open in the former Bean There corner location. Brothers Christopher and Thomas Newbury are serving their house-roasted coffee and espresso. The menu is more extensive than your usual coffee shop, with egg dishes like shakshuka and breakfast sandwiches (Mon-Fri 7:30am-11:30am), while lunch brings bowls, salads, meatball sandwiches, a burger, and plenty of vegetable options (Mon-Fri 11:30am-3pm). Weekend brunch is served 8am-3pm. You can survey the menus here. They hope to add beer, wine, and dinner soon. The space has a cute and clean look, with mint stools and marble-topped tables. You’ll also find some tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk, plus heating too, so you can linger while watching cyclists cruise by on the Wiggle. Open daily 7am-6pm. 201 Steiner St. at Waller. Local coffee microroaster MEGAFAUNA COFFEE from Avery Burke of The Temporarium has opened up in the former Fine Mousse on Nob Hill. You won’t only find cold-brew coffees and espresso drinks—there are also some wonderful teas from Leaves & Flowers, plus horchata, kombucha, and healthy bites, like porridges and toasts and parfaits. And beer and wine. So many things! Check it out. Open Mon-Fri 7:30am-2:30pm and Sat-Sun 8am-3pm. 1098 Jackson St. at Taylor.
