Workers around Justin Herman Plaza should keep their eyes peeled this week for a new food cart from La Cocina’s ALICIA’S TAMALES LOS MAYAS. Chef Alicia Villanueva will serve tamales made with organic dough and a variety of fillings five days a week from 10am-4pm.
