FRANCIS FOUNTAIN has taken over the neighboring Candy Kitchen Lingerie boutique that closed earlier this year, and has converted it into a private party space. They’ll also be using the additional dining room space on weekend mornings and afternoons (ideal for large parties hungry for some breakfast—which is not the way you’d ever want to show up at the St. Francis), and in the winter when it’s raining and they can’t have an outside section. 2801 24th St., at York, 415-826-4200.
