~AMERICANO~ at Hotel Vitale has partnered with Iron Horse Vineyards to host a crab and sparkling wine dinner this Wednesday January 12th. The three-course menu includes: County Line heirloom chicory salad with polenta croutons, Parmigiano, and citrus; local Dungeness crab with roasted garlic butter and salsa verde; and for dessert, apple huckleberry pie with vanilla ice cream. Americano will be pouring Iron Horse Vineyards Ocean Reserve, a special, limited edition, sparkling wine created in partnership with National Geographic to benefit the ocean. $1 for every glass and $4 for every bottle purchased during the evening will be donated to establish marine protected areas and reduce overfishing around the world. $40 per person, with wine sold separately by the glass and bottle.
