Join bar expert Carlos Yturria at E&O KITCHEN on Sunday March 24th for a cocktail class called Infuse Your Booze: Get Spicy with E&O, which, as the name suggests, is all about infusing liquor with flavah. The focus here will be on spicy infusions (courtesy of Brugal rum), and the class includes instruction, three cocktails to enjoy, and food (like duck imperial rolls). The event runs from 5pm-7pm and tickets are $40.
On Tuesday March 26th, join St. George Spirits at PARAGON in Berkeley (at the Claremont Hotel) for a spirited four-course dinner. They’ll be pouring St. George’s Absinthe Verte, Breaking & Entering Bourbon, and the full line of gins. Plus, many of the dishes will include spirits as a component.
